Withdrawal Policy

How withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed.

You may request available funds, subject to open positions, account verification, payment rules and any lawful restriction.

Submitting a request

Use the authenticated platform workflow where available. Select an eligible destination, enter the amount and review any displayed conversion or processing information before confirming.

A request is considered complete when required identity, payment and account information has been supplied.

Destination ownership

Funds are normally returned to an account or payment method held in the client’s name. A new destination can require additional evidence and may extend processing time.

Processing sequence

1

Request received

The amount and destination are recorded.

2

Account review

Available balance, open obligations and verification status are checked.

3

Release

Approved funds are sent through the selected payment rail.

4

Receipt

The receiving institution posts the transfer under its own timing.

Reasons for additional review

Cancellation

You may ask to cancel while a request remains pending, but cancellation is not possible after funds have been released to a payment network.

Fees and currency conversion

Supported methods are presented as free on the payment-method page. Banks, card issuers, intermediaries or currency providers may charge their own fees.

Expected timing

Published examples range from within 24 hours to five business days. A complete request can still take longer when ownership, security or legal checks are required.

Complaints

If you believe a request has not been handled properly, contact [email protected] and include the request date and reference. You may also use the formal Complaints process .

Protect your request

Never approve a withdrawal for someone else.

Support will not ask you to move funds to a “safe” wallet or share an authentication code.

If you suspect coercion or account takeover, stop and contact support from a trusted device.
